Verification portal

When a boarding request cannot be cleared at the airline desk, the case is handed off here. The portal walks the desk agent through a security check of the passenger's travel-document details, records the passenger's explanation in their own words, and runs a short verification interview — a human officer then makes the final decision.

How it works
  1. 1. Security check — re-confirm five details from the passenger's travel documents.
  2. 2. The passenger's explanation — the passenger describes their situation in their own words.
  3. 3. Verification interview — the assistant asks questions specific to the case.
  4. 4. Officer decision — a human duty officer reviews and decides.

Continuing an existing case? Start here.

Enter the five details below exactly as the passenger provided them at check-in. When all five match, the previous link is retired and the case continues from wherever it left off — on any device. If a detail (such as a flight number) was not recorded at check-in, leave that field blank.

For the passenger's security, continuing retires any previous link to this case — only when all five details match.
